    Finance Manager -South Bedfordshire - £65,000 + Bonus

    Due to this, they now require a Finance Manager ideally with a track record of leadership or the desire to manage teams and improve them.

    If you have been involved as a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or Finance Manager and want a bigger challenge this role could offer you something very unique.

    The role is a very hands on finance role with strong involvement in Management Accounting and also exposure to stat accounts. Experience of both would be desirable but not essential.

    If you have the proven ability to communicate effectively and engage with internal stakeholders, (including other Departments) as well as external bodies, then this could be a great match too.

    If you have managed, motivated and developed colleagues/a team previously, we are getting into the 'ideal' territory

    To be successful in this role you will need to have a 'hands-on' approach/mentality, as this is a busy and fast-paced Department.

    You will be challenged throughout and will truly thrive in this role/business if you can demonstrate a calm approach and strong problem-solving ability.

    Although every job description states this, you will need good PC skills including Excel.

    A relevant professional qualification would be advantageous, however it is not essential and a proven ability to do the job, combined with the personality and attitude to rise to the challenges this highly responsible role is likely to bring, IS essential.
