To ensure that all local and global KPI's are met in full - both service and productivity.

• To ensure strong operational planning, control and monitoring of all team member performances leading to an improvement in accuracy and productivity
• Own individual projects with defined timelines
• To support the operational management team as needed in all areas of the business.

Experience managing a team in FMCG environment

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• A Leader: Has an agile leadership style;

Data Driven:
Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
