- Estimator position producing estimates for a high end range of roofing, cladding and façade systems for both the commercial and residential market sectors
- Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
- Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
- Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
- Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
- Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
- Attending pre contract meetings where required
- Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met

The role of the Estimator – Cladding and Facades will involve:
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Cladding and Facades experience with:
·Must have estimating experience within the construction industry
·Must have good technical knowledge of the façade industry (roofing, cladding, curtain walling, windows and doors, glazing, and rainscreen)
·Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
·Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Excellent analytical and numerical skills
·Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
