We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the BatFast Hardware team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, designing and developing electromechanical systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions

Lead conceptual design ideation and implementation using Autodesk Inventor.
Develop innovative mechanical designs and solutions to meet project requirements.
Research and incorporate emerging technologies and materials to enhance product performance.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and design reviews to foster creative thinking.
Lead testing processes and data analysis for all products.
Maintain document control for design, manufacturing costs, and regulatory compliance.
Assist in building electromechanical prototypes and provide remote technical support.
Oversee prototype assembly and testing to validate design concepts.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing, preferably in electromechanical systems.
Expertise in computer-aided design software, particularly Autodesk Inventor.
Proficient in fabrication, welding processes, CNC machining, and assembly techniques.
Experience in quality engineering, SOP creation, and industrial time study is desirable.
