Ribbons & Reeves are delighted to be working in partnership with a community-focused, inclusive, Secondary School based in Kingston-Upon-Thames to help in the appointment of a talented Maths Teacher for September 2024.

The successful Maths Teacher will join an Ofsted graded 'Good' school and step in and assume 2ic or KS3 Co-ordinator responsibilities. A specific focus of this Maths Teacher role will be curriculum design, development and implementation so Maths Teachers with specialisms within this field, are encouraged to apply.

Maths Teacher | Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Maths Teacher who can collaborate closely with the Head of Maths, ensuring students achieve academic excellence within Maths. 2ic or KS3 co-ordinator responsibilities are on offer.

Maths Teacher | Responsibilities:

• Drive forward academic excellent across all year groups
• Lead on curriculum development and implementation.
• Coordinate Maths events and extracurricular activities.
• Support teachers in innovative teaching methodologies.
• Monitor student progress and maintain records.

Maths Teacher | Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; QTS or equivalent.
• Proven secondary-level Maths teaching experience.
• Evidence of improving outcomes across Year 10 and Year 11
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
