    Description
    As a Senior Cash and Banking Controller, you will play an integral role in managing the cash flow of properties efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring cash allocations, resolving banking discrepancies, producing informative reports for stakeholders, and working closely with property managers, team members, and clients.

    What you'll do:
    • Ensure all Cash and Banking services are delivered to a consistently high standard
    • Monitor and deliver the allocation of cash received, identifying source funds
    • Resolve unidentifiable items and review bank reconciliations
    • Manage the Direct Debit collections process ensuring regulations are adhered to
    • Produce management information and reports for internal and external stakeholders
    • Work with Property Managers/Surveyors, team members and Clients
    • Assist in continuously improving processes for financial management
    • Act as a mentor to the Cash and Banking team member
    • Work with internal audit and compliance to ensure compliance requirements are met
    • Participate in and monitor the effectiveness of controls of activities

You should have prior experience working within a cash and banking team, preferably within a property management environment. Your expertise in client monies management, financial operations, and associated processes will be crucial to your success in this role. You should be committed to providing excellent customer service, able to work under pressure, manage time effectively, whilst handling multiple projects.
