Head of IT - SAAS Company

Location:
Nottingham


Salary:
£70,000 - £95,000 (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to join a market leading SAAS Company based in Nottingham.

The role will involve managing the IT operations of the company, as well as developing and implementing IT strategies in line with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operations of the IT department
  • Develop and implement IT strategies in line with business objectives
  • Lead a team of IT professionals
  • Ensure that IT systems are secure, reliable and costeffective
  • Monitor the performance of IT systems and take corrective action where necessary
  • Manage the implementation of new technologies
  • Provide technical support to endusers
  • Monitor IT expenditure and manage budgets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Technical Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience of SAAS technologies
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL
  • Ability to manage large, complex IT projects
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective IT strategies
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and systems
  • Understanding of IT budgeting and expenditure
