Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate for a US shift role from 7 pm to 3 am IST to join our growing team.


In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our accounts receivable process, contributing directly to the financial health of our company.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing invoices, collecting payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will work closely with other members of the finance team and various departments within the company to ensure timely and accurate

What you'll do:


  • Process invoices and ensure they are accurate and complete.
  • Post payments to the correct accounts and reconcile bank statements.
  • Send out invoices and statements to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of accounts receivable activity.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collection activity.
  • Assist with other financial tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.

What you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
