We're looking for a
Planner to join our Construction business based in.

Within this role, you can enjoy progression opportunities, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities.

Location:
Witham, Essex

Contract:
Permanent, full time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities

As a Planner, you'll be working within the regional build team, supporting them in supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

Responsible for providing project planning support for all aspects of the designated business stream activities from pre-tender to final account stage.
Managing stakeholder and client's expectations by reporting on performance, budgets, time frames and logistics of the project
Conducting programme audits, prepare and develop full tender programmes, develop and maintain the contractors plan and attend tender handover meetings

Who are we looking for?

Primavera P6 or Microsoft project software experienced
History of working on build tenders and projects with a main contractor
