  • Major Players are delighted to partner with a growing communications agency to help them find a new Senior Creative Designer with excellent Motion/After effects skills to join their busy team.
  • Working closely with the Creative Director this role sits within the multidisciplinary design team who craft highly visual content and creative solutions with intelligence, passion and commitment. The team bring client strategies to life through their visual thinking and enhance propositions and brand equity into compelling creative experiences.
  • Our client is a leading force in corporate communications, with a focus on science, technology, and engineering. They're a champion of ethical practices and a proud member of the Net Zero movement. Their Design studio crafts highlevel conceptual brand and campaign work.


What you'll be responsible for- Develop and lead innovative design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the agency's clients/brand strategy and exceed standards for creative excellence.


  • Mentor and guide a small team of designers, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams, to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with design trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into the design culture and workflows.
  • Present and articulate your creative vision and its alignment with project objectives.
What you'll bring- Ideas generating mindset

  • Strong animation experience
  • High level of organisation and project management skills
  • Skilled in using Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)
  • Conceptual understanding of design, typography and layout
  • This role is offered at a salary £5055k
  • Hybrid working: 3 days on site / 2 wfh
  • Central London offices
  • Shortlisting will start w/c 25th March
