Description
Our client, a busy freight forwarder, is now seeking an experienced ocean import clerk to join their team.
You will be required to handle start to finish Ocean freight imports, offering a high level of services and ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Duties will include:
- Arranging ocean freight imports
- Taking bookings from overseas agents
- Liaising with customers on a regular basis
- Handling documentation
- Negotiate with agents and suppliers
- Handle any ad hoc administrative duties.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
