MACHINE OPERATOR

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Friday 8.00am to 2.00pm

Salary dependant on experience.

Once training has been completed staff will be expected to assist in working staggered hours to extend the working day.

At a future date shift working ( 6.00am to 2.00pm - 2.00pm to 10.00pm) may be introduced. But this would be paid at a premium if this was to go ahead.

MACHINE OPERATOR

My Client is expanding their Manufacturing team and are recruiting for a Macine Operator to support our small Engineering machining facility based in Mansfield.

The business produces machined components made from engineering plastics, they serve a global customer base in the fields of Aerospace, medical, electronics, valves and general engineering sectors, their customers demand the highest levels of quality andto meet these exacting standards they are an AS9100 registered business.

The Machine Operative role includes:
1 Machine Operating on a Automatic Turning machines(Training provided)

2 Parts sorting to include the cleaning and sorting of parts to remove swarf.

3 Preparing parts for shipping.

4 Maintaining good House
- keeping standards.

5 Conducting basic machine checks such as lubrication and ensuring machines are loaded with materials.

Salary is Circa £10 -£11 per hour, dependent on experience, Benefits include 24 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, a profit-sharing scheme, sick pay scheme and the possibility of advancement.
