    Children's Residential - Complex Trauma Services

    An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Atherstone based children's homes for Residential Team Leaders We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible Children & Young people through leading by example to other Children's and Young person's support workers.

    We offer an hourly rate of £13.117 hours of paid annual leave per annum

    • Working on a rota basis you will receive a monthly rota
    • This is a 365 day a year job, including Christmas, new year and all the fun holidays but it is even more fun when you celebrate with the children
    • The shifts consist of long hours and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in
    Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People inline with Ofsted regulations

    • Planning team rotas to supporting the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
    • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
    • Creating a safe, family environment for the children
    You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations

    • You must have relevant experience

    • We are looking for people who are flexible, reliable, adaptable able to read situations to help our young people make positive choices whist proactively supporting colleagues in their development through leading by example.
