Salary:
£18,000 - £22,000 per annum + bonus. Upto £25,000 OTE (Pro-rated for PT applicants)

Basis:
Hybrid working

Whilst your primary focus will be to recruit Teachers and Teaching Assistants, we also specialise in Whole School Recruitment (non-classroom based roles) and many of our clients require REED to support with positions such as administrative staff, cleaners,caretakers, HR and finance.


  • References gaining information and obtaining employment references
  • Documentation obtaining evidence of their passport, driving licence, DBS etc
  • Compliance focussed on medical situation and availability for work
  • CV confident to write and produce CVs suitable for the education sector.

The role;

  • Advertise vacancies, conduct virtual interviews and recruit teachers and support staff from the local area
  • Work to targets in line with the company and local expectations, continue business growth
  • Preparing CVs
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to educators and ensure you complete tasks efficiently to a high standard
  • 1:1 training, developed and presented by Reed's Learning and Development team
  • Opportunity to work from home up to 3 days a week under our Dynamic Working scheme
