Customer Care - Job Overview
- Management of the customer service inbox
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer and client queries
- Maintain communication with clients, customers and internal teams
- Support in the resolution of invoice and payment queries
- Accurately log and update information on internal systems
Customer Care - Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Experience within a customer service environment
- A proactive, cando, and flexible approach
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Educated to degree level advantageous
