Customer Care - Job Overview

  • Management of the customer service inbox
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer and client queries
  • Maintain communication with clients, customers and internal teams
  • Support in the resolution of invoice and payment queries
  • Accurately log and update information on internal systems

Customer Care - Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • A proactive, cando, and flexible approach
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Educated to degree level advantageous
