Lead quality initiatives and provide guidance on product quality.
Support short, medium, and long-term quality objectives.
Manage audits (internal and supplier) and quality clinics.
Collect and analyse KPI data to improve processes.
Drive continuous improvement using quality tools.
Manage site metrics and cross-train staff in quality tools.
