    Registered Manager
    Burton
    Up to £50,000

    Job Details:

    • Children's Home Registered Manager
    • Managing a OFSTED regulated children's residential care home
    • Managing a residential care service that provides residential support to young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
    • The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
    • Working with RI and HR team to ensure the service is safe and effective in creating positive outcomes to children and young people
    • Build and develop staff team, managing the residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
    • Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
    • Manage referrals
    • Manage quality assurance, ensuring the service meets OFSTED and company standards
    • Burton based


    Pay Details:

    • Up to £50,000


    Hours Details:

    • Full-time, permanent contract
    • Monday - Friday
    • + on-call responsibilities
    • If traveling a long distance, discussions can be had around start and finish times


    Requirements:

    • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
    • NVQ Level 5, or working towards
    • Deputy or Registered Management experience
    • Driving licence
