    Executive Director - People and Culture Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives? If so, we are working with one of the most well-established housing providers in the UK, to look for their new Executive Director - People and Culture.


    About the Role:

    As Executive Director - People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture, values, and commitment to their employees and the communities they serve.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the executive team, driving strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, foster diversity and inclusion and a positive work culture, and strengthen their external relationships and reputation.

    Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team, providing insights and recommendations on transformation and organisational design, and talent management, in line with company visions and values.

    Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Proven track record of senior leadership experience in HR, at board level, within a not-for-profit, charity, or another regulated sector.
