Your tasks: you can help us shape this

• As a Java backend developer, youwill implement software solutions for our customers and advise themon projects.
• You will work in an agile teamusing modern technologies.
• You are part ofone of our business units, e.g. Service Forge (backenddevelopment), Service Symphony (SW integration, API management,BPMN) and Cloud Components (focus on IAM, streaming &messaging) and bring your know-how fully into the team. Let's seetogether which business area suits you best
• You will also work on internal projects, learn about newtechnologies and uncover potential for our customers.
• You have the opportunity to think outside the box, getto know other business areas and develop yourself further.

What we want from you

• You have successfully completed adegree in IT or comparable training.
• Youhave at least 3 years of practical experience in SW development andhave profound knowledge in your focus topic (e.g. backend: Java/Spring or Cloud: IAM/ Streaming & Messaging).
• You have a keen interest in concepts of modern softwaredevelopment such as clean code, test-driven design or domain-drivendesign.
• You have a relaxed yet confidentmanner when dealing with customers.
• Thestatus quo is not enough for you, you regularly question yourworking methods and results and want to develop yourself further.
• A solution-oriented, structured andindependent approach is fundamental to our principle ofself-organization.
• You speak business fluentGerman and are open to occasional appointments with our customerson site.

Tobias isthe right person when it comes to deep-dive hacking. After startingout as the very first employee, he is now there for our customersas a Senior Consultant.
Simon is not only working onseveral projects at the same time, but is also a colleague finderfor the Service Forge and supports you with onboarding.
Andreas has many years of experience in backend and clouddevelopment and focuses on the area of search solutions.
Matthias is an expert in process automation andoptimization.
Anton is an all-rounder with a focus onCI/CD, IoT and gamification.
