We are seeking an experienced Specialty Coffee Barista to join our small, passionate and dedicated team in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.
As a key member of our coffee shop, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality, handcrafted coffee beverages while providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
Craft Exceptional Coffee:
Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and alternative brewing methods.
Ensure consistency and quality in every cup, paying attention to brewing techniques, grind settings, and extraction times.
Customer Service:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to customers, addressing their coffee preferences and inquiries.
Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in the coffee shop, fostering a sense of community.
Coffee Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the specialty coffee industry.
Share your expertise with customers, explaining the characteristics of different coffee beans, roasting profiles, and brewing methods.
Equipment Maintenance:
Properly maintain and clean coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
Report any equipment issues and assist with routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Inventory Management:
Manage coffee bean inventory, ensuring freshness and quality.
Maintain an organized system for tracking and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with the Team:
Work closely with other baristas and team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a specialty coffee barista.
- A strong passion for coffee and a deep understanding of coffee beans, roasting, and brewing techniques.
- Knowledge of espresso machine operation, grinder adjustments, and various coffee brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
