We are looking to recruit a temporary administrator, 4 days a week for a minimum of 6 months. The hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Friday.Duties of the Role:
- Booking accommodation for employees
- Booking rail travel for employees
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous Administration experience an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Comfortable using MS Outlook, Excel, Word
