We are looking to recruit a temporary administrator, 4 days a week for a minimum of 6 months. The hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Friday.


Duties of the Role:


  • Booking accommodation for employees
  • Booking rail travel for employees

Key Skills & Experience Required:


  • Previous Administration experience an advantage
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Comfortable using MS Outlook, Excel, Word
