    Job Description

    This role will work with account teams to identify data patterns and trends in the data sets to identify problem areas and best practise. Drive the implementation of the BI solution onto client account and support end users

    Key Responsibilities


    • Maintenance of Tableau product including site administration and licencing reviews

    • Management on change requests to existing products

    • Production of user documentation and training material

    • Support the creation of BI content for commercial bids including video's and images

    • Collaborate with client account teams and on account BI resource to design, build and roll out high quality products with a cycle of continuous improvement

    • Implement agreed design of BI Projects to deliver the best outcomes across the enterprise

    • Support a culture of innovation by contributing solutions that drive better performance, more informed decision making and the sharing of best practise

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


    • Tableau (preferred) / PowerBI

    • SQL desired not essential

    • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills

    • Detail-orientated with a demonstrably high standard for data accuracy

    • Willingness and ability to collaborate with both commercial and technical stakeholders (technical product managers, development leads etc)
