    At our Secure Training Centre, we operate an 80-bed secure establishment catering to individuals aged Committed to upholding NHS standards, we offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including primary care, forensic healthcare, and specialised programs.

    We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, or Children's Nurse to join our secure healthcare team.

    Your role will entail holistic care provision, addressing a spectrum of complex needs.
    Manage a caseload of patients with diagnosed Learning Disabilities or ASD.
    Conduct initial assessments, develop care plans, and implement follow-up procedures.
    Participate in establishment protocols for supporting patients at risk of self-harm/suicide.
    Attend regular supervision sessions and annual performance reviews.
    Provide compassionate support to patients, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Deliver training and guidance to staff regarding the care of patients with Learning Disabilities.
    Engage in Integrated Mental Health Team Referrals meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to at-risk patients.
    Part 1 NMC registration
