• Provide vital support to students with Special Educational Needs in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement personalized education plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student well-being.
• Work alongside teachers, parents, and caregivers to enhance the learning journey.
• Play an active role in maintaining an encouraging classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant qualifications or experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
• Display a strong commitment to supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Adaptability to cater to different learning styles and individual student requirements.
• Experience with challenging behaviour.
