Experienced Payroll Administrator
3 month fixed term contract / 3 month temporary assignment
Monday to Friday, full time
£25,000 to £27,000 depending on your payroll experience
Crawley - Hybrid working on offer (3 days can be worked from home)

Our client, a very reputable, national business, with a large office based in Crawley, is looking for an experienced payroll assistant to join their reputable, busy, internal payroll department.
- Support the Payroll Manager, resolving queries, using your own initiative and reporting back any problems
- Assisting with the running of monthly payrolls, in particular keying monthly change
- Updating sickness and holiday records
- Processing staff starting and returning from maternity/shared parental leave
- Processing flexible working amendments
- Calculating adjustments required, including prorata calculations
- Liaise with People Team, staff and local office Partners on payroll matters
- Answering queries as arising by phone and Email
- Assisting with the administration of other Payroll functions as required
- Ensuring all staff are correctly sited within the firm's accounting structure
- Ensuring all statutory payments to staff are made correctly
