toobis a new
full-fibre broadband provider on a mission to transform the South of England's internet experience by delivering the fastest broadband, so homes, businesses, public services, and community groups can experience its life-changing full-fibre connectivity.
We toob have a bold plan to open its network to more than a million premises across the South of England over the
next 10 years and want to play an active role in helping the communities around the area to thrive.
Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a
HR Administrator. You will be supporting the HR function with all HR administration for all aspects of the employee lifecycle in an efficient and timely manner.
As our
HR Administrator your key responsibilities will be:
- Working with the HR Assistant to undertake all aspects of administration relating to HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, leavers and relevant documentation.
- Support the HR Assistant with the maintenance of the People HR system ensuring that all employee records are up to date and compliant.
- Be a point of contact for employees with HR queries and refer them to other HR team members where necessary.
- Working with the HR Assistant to support onboarding process, documentation and the first day inductions where required
- Enrol staff onto required training courses and monitor completion rate whilst maintaining up to date training records on People HR
- Update organisation charts
- Support HR Team with any AD HOC projects that arise
What you'll bring to toob:
- Experience of working in a fastpaced administrative role
- Excellent teamworking and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Some exposure to HR work would be useful but not essential
- Applies initiative and ability to know when to escalate
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Competent user MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Working towards Level 3 CIPD would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience with People HR would be beneficial but not essential
