Our client based in Bracknell are currently recruiting for an Application Implementation and Support Engineer to join their team.

As an Application Implementation and Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering and supporting successful projects using a suite of tools.

You will be working with some of the world's most prestigious manufacturing companies both on andoff site to drive improvement in their productivity.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Experience of programming in any language would be desirable.
A strong interest in IT and computer technology
A desire to build a lasting relationship with the company and its customers
Permanent right to work in the UK

What you will be doing with training provided:

Providing first and second-line support to customers
Supporting project implementations from initial customer training through to support
Training users
Configuring solutions to best model customer environments
Specifying, developing and testing interfaces to 3rd party systems
Building new screens, dashboards and user interfaces using the designer
Testing of new releases
Testing and commissioning the finished system
