    Corporate Lawyer - Elite US Firm - 6 month FTC

    We are instructed by an elite US law firm that is looking to bring in a corporate lawyer on a six month fixed term contract basis.

    This role will be ideally suited to M&A lawyers who are available to start a new role within four weeks.

    We are seeking applications from M&A lawyers who have upwards of six years' PQE. Experience should include public and private M&A, including private equity and takeovers. Experience of working on equity investments for alternative asset managers would be of particular interest.

    This role will be offered on a full-time basis for six months and will pay a highly attractive remuneration package.
