    The Role

    Working closely with Quality/Operations/Supply Chain departments to support all Garmin Europe QA activities including acceptance of incoming product, Internal auditing, Change control co-ordination, issue investigation.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform audits in accordance with requirements set by standards, looking for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support and maintain Garmin's management systems
  • Coordinate and maintain product quality and compliance
  • Engineering Change Order and Stop Action co-ordination and reporting
  • Regular reporting feedback to management
  • Assisting with dealer and distributor problem feedback process.
  • Assist dealers and distributors with product compliance requests
  • Understand requirements of GDPR
  • Accept and complete projects and other duties as assigned by manager
  • Provide regulatory guidance to others around the business
  • Create and share various reports
  • Process document management
  • Manage ECOs / SLIPs provide feedback as necessary
  • Inspect products
  • Provide compliance information and documentation
  • Confirm, ask any questions about reported issue, provide FQC/PSC ticket number, provide update on open issues
  • Provide updates for FQC/PSC reported issues
  • Assist in completing Risk Assesments
  • Investigate issue & provide correct documentation
  • Provide authorisation for stock to be quarantined/released
  • Reply to ad hoc questions Education & Experience
  • Ability to communicate information effectively and accurately
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels within the business
  • Pro-active team player and used to working in a dynamic and fast growing environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
