Part Time HR Advisor - Permanent Opportunity - 3 days per week (flexible on days worked)

Salary:
£30,000-£35,000 pro rata


Location:
Offices in Kidlington, hybrid working with c.1 day spent in the office

Are you seeking a flexible part-time HR opportunity, which is fully generalist and will see you working within a diverse, topical and engaging organisation?


We are partnering with an exceptional organisation who offer a consultative and value adding service to their clients nationwide, as they seek a HR Advisor to join them on a part-time basis, for three days per week, working closely with the HR Manager andHR Administrator.


Joining at a time of growth, this new position will deliver an excellent HR service to the wider organisation, advising managers on employee relations, training and development, and owning the recruitment process in its entirety.


You will be involved in the full spectrum of HR support, alongside working on some exciting project work including the implementation of a new HR system, and looking at ways of improving processes and and efficiencies, which will support the growth of theorganisation.


  • You will support the HR Manager on projects such as Great Place to Work, competency frameworks, and implementation of HR database
  • Managing recruitment processes including looking at ways to improve sourcing and attraction methods
  • Supporting managers with complex employee relations issues, including performance, disciplinary, and absence
  • Manging the annual graduate placement scheme
  • Onboarding of employees, ensuring a good welcome to the business, improving processes where necessary
  • Supporting the training and development of internal staff
  • Drafting and issuing of HR documentation


Ideally you will have demonstrable HR experience, with experience of recruitment processes, and an up to date knowledge of employment law, keeping up to date with any changes in employment legislation.

You will be committed to a HR career, and will havesecured at least a CIPD Level 3 qualification, and perhaps are currently studying or working towards CIPD Level 5.


Communication skills are essential in this position, as you will be liaising frequently with stakeholders at all levels within the business.


This position is offered as three days per week, and will be required to work at least one of these days from the organisations Kidlington office, which has ample parking.
