Job Description and Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management Company providing nationwide coverage to some of the UK's biggest businesses.

This is an apprenticeship role and will be supported through vocational learning and the completion of an NVQ in Business Administration.
- General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and paperwork archiving
- Answering calls and correspondences
- Maintaining office supplies
- Keeping the office tidy and organised
- Ensuring accuracy of our customer database and audit information
- Supporting helpdesk needs with contractors and clients
- Managing enquiries from customers and contractors
- Completing data entry tasks
- Supporting the Management Team on large projects
- Completing office support tasks.
- Carrying out other projects and tasks as required by the business
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Good verbal and written communication
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to work in a group and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Positive attitude
- Telephone, typing and general IT skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship
Salary:
From £6.40 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
