Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the UK commercial (B2B) and international (World) research teams to support with marketing strategies for Savills Research outputs.
  • Lead the marketing approach for the creation and launch of new reports and research programmes.
  • Project manage Savills global thought leadership flagship programme, 'Impacts'.
  • Work with and brief agencies/designers to ensure research content is produced in line with the brief, considering the messaging, creative direction and doing so in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Full ownership of budget and spend for commercial and B2B research, as well as ensuring production of research content for other divisions is delivered at agreed costs.
  • Provide post campaign analysis on research report launches and marketing activities through the creation and presentation of washup presentations.
  • Be an advocate for research and the value that it provides both for our customers and Savills.

- Ensure all reports and associated collateral produced and published reflect global templates and brand guidelines.

  • Work with the CRM team to segment audiences to ensure that the right people are receiving relevant research, and manage the schedule of research launches in line with other campaigns.
  • Partner with the social media and digital marketing teams on paid and organic promotion strategies and plans for each research report and output.
  • Management of both in person and virtual events programme for the research department.

Key Skills - Strong project management and communication skills to lead and influence multiple stakeholders, and meet project objectives and deadlines.

  • Strong copywriting and presentation skills, including preparation of materials such as briefing documents and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with managing and delivering external marketing and communications plans across multiple channels.
  • An excellent eye for detail, strong proofreading skills and an appreciation for brand values and standards.
  • Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate across the group.

Technical Experience:

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.**
    Team Overview
The Research Marketing Manager sits within the Content and Engagement marketing team.

This is a team of ten, and comprised of one director, one senior manager, three managers, three senior executives, and two executives.

The team are responsible for all client communications, research marketing and content campaigns across Savills UK.

The team are friendly, driven and innovative, and work across multiple projects and campaigns at once to champion high quality marketing outputsand drive results for the business.

The Content and Engagement marketing team is a Centre of Excellence within the wider Savills UK Marketing team.
