temp – perm Hours: 35 – Mon – Fri Are you looking to work for a Housing Association that has been making a difference to their residents' lives for over 45 years.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Supported Housing Officer to join the team on a contract – perm basis.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential support to individuals who have experienced homelessness, coming from diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges.

Preferred Requirements:
Experience in supported housing and mental health support Ability to provide tenancy sustainment support Demonstrated empathy, reliability, and proactive attitude Strong communication and collaboration skills Capability to manage a caseload of clients with care and dedication

Preferred Qualifications:
