**We are now currently recruiting for a SEN Classroom Assistant for a Special Needs School in the Newham area which supports children aged years with Autism.

The SEN Teaching Assistant role will be within the Newham area and within a Special Needs School and the post will require you to work full-time and start date ASAP

There will either be parking available nearby but certainly a local bus route or train station nearby.

All schools will have a long-lasting relationship with Remedy Education, therefore you may be offered a contract with the school or a permanent position once you have proven yourself.

Responsible to safeguarding the health and safety of pupils including upholding all risk assessments.

Person Specification:

Have experience as a SEN Teacher Assistant in a SEN School.
Need to have a high level of understanding of Special Education Needs.
Supporting high quality teaching and learning in a classroom setting.
Assisting in delivering and supporting students in lessons.
Supporting pupils in areas of social, emotional and personal learning.
Organising and participating in classroom activities and preparing resources.
Working collaboratively as part of a successful team.
