- Taking responsibility for engagement surveys and ensuring engagement levels are high across both sites
- Managing the training matrix and process and responsibility for site apprentices
- Managing the full recruitment process including administering, supporting and coaching managers through the process
- Ensuring all HR policies are implemented
- Providing disciplinary and grievance advice
- Maintaining HR systems
- Conducting welfare meetings
- Producing accurate monthly HR reports
- Supporting the monthly payroll processSkills and experience required:
- CIPD qualification (ideally level 3 or 5)
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Strong numerical ability in order to assist with payrollPrimary base in Ledbury, you will be required to visit the site in Evesham and so own transport is advantageous
