The Marine Energy and Engineering Analytics team at this global broker is expanding and we're on the lookout for a talented Catastrophe Modeller to join their team.

In this role you can expect:

Global Exposure: As a Catastrophe Modeller, you'll have the opportunity to work within a global team spanning offices in the US, Asia Pacific, Europe, and London.

Embedded Analytics Team: You'll work closely with brokers and clients as part of their embedded analytics team, contributing directly to insurance and reinsurance placements.

Skill Development: This role offers ample opportunities for skill development and expansion within the field of Catastrophe Modelling.

End-to-End Catastrophe Modelling: Managing the entire Catastrophe Modelling process independently while ensuring alignment with team best practices.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest Catastrophe Modelling knowledge and contribute to process efficiencies by leveraging technology.

Client Education: Provide Catastrophe Modelling education programs for brokers to enhance their understanding of risk.

You will need to have:

• A degree in a quantitative field or relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate an ability to solve problems and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Previous experience in reinsurance and/or insurance with a strong grasp of risk modelling.
• Experience with AIR Touchstone and RMS models.
