We have an exciting opportunity to work with our client, a leading London Charity, as a Grants Administrative Assistant.
This is a temporary role with the benefit of fully remote working.Admin Assistant Main Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of grants
- Regularly liaise with grantees to ensure disbursement payments are made on schedule
- Collecting and recording information on the progress of each grantee's capital project
- Report writing
- Support general administrative coordination across approved grants
- Support and contribute to implementation and delivery of the organisation's strategy
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
Admin Assistant Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good team player
- Excel skills
