What you'll be doing:

- preparing and presenting evidence on appeal for clients
- negotiating with applicants and agents to obtain a high quality outcome
- positively supporting and sharing your knowledge with your team
- getting involved with service improvements to make your team as effective and efficient as possible
- providing high quality advice to your clients and the public.

What we're looking for:

- membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute
- relevant experience in a previous position and experience working as a private or public sector planning officer or consultant
- the ability to manage your own time and meet challenging deadlines
- the ability to get to remote building/construction sites.
