The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick , part of , is looking for a talented and experienced Brasserie Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Brasserie, ensuring exceptional guest service, food and beverage quality, and profitability. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive work environment while exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the Brasserie operation, including staff scheduling, training, and development.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service, adhering to Radisson Blu and iNUA Collection standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment, motivating and inspiring your team.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments to ensure seamless service across the hotel.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment.
• A strong track record of success in achieving revenue targets and exceeding guest expectations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
