An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Conveyancing Department of an award winning Manchester law firm.


The role of the Customer Care Team Leader presents a chance to become established in what is a leading national organisation.


This is a perfect role for someone with customer service and sales experience looking to join a highly regarded practice in the legal sector.


The Role:

  • Working 128pm Monday to Friday, managing a team providing outbound client services, dealing with queries and chasing new instructions.
The Person

  • Strong sales or client care experience
  • Previous experience managing targets and analysing data.
  • Able to work using your own initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets/ deadlines.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Experience of telephone work.

Experience of working in a client care environment
:


  • Good standard of education essential (minimum of three GCSE's grade C or above to include English and Maths.
  • Good IT skills including a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Must have a positive attitude.
Training will be provided.


Job Types:
