  • Recent senior management experience in acute NHS environment
  • Experience of leading strategic change in service delivery
  • Experience of managing change to enable the effective delivery of Key Performance
  • Desirable

  • Management responsibility for a diverse workforce (> 100 employees)
  • Experience of leading projects at a corporate level
  • Experience of developing innovative schemes and business diversification in pursuance of Divisional priorities
  • Qualifications, Specific Experience & Training

    Essential

  • To be educated at Masters Level or working towards qualification or have relevant senior management experience
  • Post Graduate management qualification
  • Recent senior management experience in acute NHS environment
  • Desirable

  • Experience of using "lean" tools and techniques
  • Management responsibility for a diverse workforce (> 100 employees)
  • Experience of leading projects at a corporate level
  • Experience of developing innovative schemes and business diversification in pursuance of Divisional priorities
