About the role


We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to work with and assist our Operations and Transport Manager providing an excellent administrative service.

This is a busy and diverse role.

You will be confident in dealing with a wide range of people at all levels; have an aptitude for figures and an eye for detail; be proactive in your approach to planning and organisation and enjoy setting up systems to ensure the smooth-running of an office.


Your main duties will include:
processing customer enquiries, dealing with correspondence and queries, providing administrative support and processing and checking data.

This role is a six month fixed term maternity cover role. However there are further opportunities for this to be extended and additional opportunities within Ubico.


You will need

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Good Mircrosoft skills including Word and Excel
  • Good Communication Skills
