Are you seeking a new position within customer service? Do you have experience and are looking to develop your skills further?


Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading retail provider, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

This well-established brand has been around for 160 years, working within both domestic and international markets.


You will be supporting the multimedia customer service department and reporting into the Team Leader, ensuring of an outstanding customer experience and maximising revenue at every opportunity.


YOU WILL BE:


  • Handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring of the best customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding customer needs and using product knowledge when advising customers.
  • Processing and assisting with customer orders.
  • Building long lasting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring you are upselling where possible.

YOU WILL NEED:


  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
  • The ability to build a natural rapport and match the company ethos in putting the customer first
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

BENEFITS:


  • Their offices are located in north Bristol, with freeonsite parking.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, rotating between 8:0018:00 shift patterns.
