    With a focus on innovation and organisation, you'll oversee the day-to-day business operations, striving to enhance service quality and exceed customer expectations.

    You will be executing account development plans and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including the client.

    This 12-month FTC role requires a technical background with expertise in Fabric or Electrical systems.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the operation of the contract within the scope of the role and for regular customer reporting on service quality and financial performance
  • Deliver against financial targets in terms of revenue, margin and sector GP
  • Maintain strong controls and process to ensure the business has a robust operational structure; developing, monitoring and ultimately delivering on business targets and key performance indicators
  • Manage and evaluate objectives and targets for the contract and produce a Business Plan with the client to ensure all requirements are met and the contract developed
  • Develop customer/ client relationships at a high level
    Ensure effective relationships are in place at all levels
  • Understand the critical customer needs and market trends to create and communicate a vision for the strategic development of the contract in line with our overall business strategy
  • Provide proactive reporting to client in areas of cost control, work scope, innovative improvements & additional services

  • Sound knowledge of budgetary and financial management
