- Responsibility for the operation of the contract within the scope of the role and for regular customer reporting on service quality and financial performance
- Deliver against financial targets in terms of revenue, margin and sector GP
- Maintain strong controls and process to ensure the business has a robust operational structure; developing, monitoring and ultimately delivering on business targets and key performance indicators
- Manage and evaluate objectives and targets for the contract and produce a Business Plan with the client to ensure all requirements are met and the contract developed
- Develop customer/ client relationships at a high level
Ensure effective relationships are in place at all levels - Understand the critical customer needs and market trends to create and communicate a vision for the strategic development of the contract in line with our overall business strategy
- Provide proactive reporting to client in areas of cost control, work scope, innovative improvements & additional services
- Relevant experience of the market sectors ISS operates in
- Sound knowledge of budgetary and financial management
