Clinical Negligence - Solicitor - Up to £50,000 - Liverpool
The Role
Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Clinical Negligence team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a complex Clinical Negligence caseload including sound drafting skills of legal documents.
The role will involve managing your own caseload whilst supporting Senior Solicitors/partners with multi-million pound claims. in the running of a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to Trial. You will be working on both pre-litigation and litigated work.
