    Londonist DMC is a student accommodation agency with over 30 different locations across London, providing both short-term and long-term accommodation options. Each of our accommodations offer stylish and comfortable en-suite rooms, studios, and apartment rooms, and access to outstanding facilities, such as gyms, cinemas, social and study spaces, and 24/7 on-site security and maintenance teams.

    Now we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in our HQ London.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

    • Define the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences.
    • Work closely with the Head of business development and partnership to support current ongoing business, assisting in managing strong relationship with current and potential B2B partners and associations and actively networking and searching for new sales opportunities.
    • Track, follow up and onboard new universities and London based language schools.
    • Utilise CRM tools to maintain customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, ensure data accuracy and regular follow-up with potential buyers.
    • Collaborate with other teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the PBSA market.
    • Conduct competitor research to learn more about customers' needs.
    • Assist with Implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Londonist properties in the market, generating a consistent flow of leads and closing deals with institutions.
    • Assist with establishing strategies for pricing and positioning.
    • Assist with managing the budgets of multi-disciplinary teams involved with product development.
    • Perform profit analysis and forecasting to develop or improve product marketing strategies.
    • Create project timeline and implementation schedules.
    • Assist with developing company business development plans and associated action plans.
    • Use networking skills to find new opportunities for Londonist to enlarge network of partners, agents, institutions, booking platforms.
    • Report to Head of business development to create strategies and plans to maximise the opportunity and revenue models.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree 4+ years in sales industry
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • CRM experience is preferred
