As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment for our students.
You'll have the opportunity to develop positive interactions, boost confidence, and provide essential support throughout their educational journey.- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Develop positive interactions to enhance confidence and selfesteem.
- Assist the class teacher and provide support in classroom activities.
- Offer 1:1 and small group support to students with their learning.
- Willingness to carry out personal care duties as part of the role.

Requirements:
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 04:30 pm.
- Recent experience in supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Available for an immediate start as a Youth Support Worker.
- Willingness to undergo a child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.
