The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves handling a wide array of engaging disputes, from commercial and contractual matters to shareholder/director/partnership issues, restraint of trade, reputation management, data protection and privacy, insolvency and debt cases, professional negligence, and education-related conflicts.
The ideal candidate should possess top-notch technical skills and expertise in GDPR/IP disputes.
