    Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Data / Analytics / SaaS for UK Social Housing £120k - £140k basic, car allowance, bonus, comprehensive benefits Remote working, West Midlands HQ We are currently recruiting a Chief Technology Officer for one of our clients, a well-established Software and Data Analytics solutions provider to the UK Social Housing market.

    With 20% growth last year, strong investment and two thirds of the available market subscribing to their solutions, they are in a strong position from which to launch new, cutting-edge solutions and services for their customers.

    This organisation provides software, data solutions and consultancy that enable Housing Associations to improve their performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading their technology strategy and overseeing the development and implementation of a next generation data analytics platform for the UK social housing sector.

    The primary responsibility will be to build, manage, and evolve their technology stacks to ensure they not only meet but exceed the demands of modern data analytics for our customers and the wider sector.

    Additionally, they are building out their internal capability, and need help in defining what the internal technology software, platforms and processes need to be to support their collaboration and growth.

    Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for a data analytics platform, aligning it with business goals and customer engagement feedback
    Manage the technology budget and allocate resources to ensure timely and quality delivery of the platform features and product roadmap enhancements
    Lead and mentor a team of development partners, data analysts, IT specialists and product experts fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
    Evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices to enhance the platform's functionality, performance, security, and scalability
    Monitor and report on the platform's performance, usage, and impact, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and demonstrate value
    Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may affect the platforms availability, reliability, or compliance
    Drive innovation and a product roadmap that helps the sector to move to one of predictive analytics, ML and AI to drive customer performance and improve tenant satisfaction with safe and affordable UK social housing To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following skills and background:
    Proven experience as a CTO or similar senior technology leadership role in a datadriven organisation
    Experience in developing and managing data platforms and mobile software solutions preferably in the Social Housing or PropTech sectors
    Extensive knowledge of data analytics, data science, and data engineering, including tools, techniques, and methodologies
    Strong understanding of the social housing sector's challenges, opportunities, and regulatory environment
    Strategic thinking, business acumen, and problemsolving skills, with the ability to balance innovation and pragmatism
    Leadership, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams
    UK resident and passport holder with a full UK driving licence
    Thought leadership and presenting at corporate and sector specific events
