A vacancy has arisen for an experienced and customer focused administrator working within a fast paced office environment who has experience in:

  • Downloading and uploading to data sites and all forms of electronic filing
  • Processing incoming post, scanning, naming, sending on to the recipient and filing electronically and manually
  • Compiling electronic bundles for court and experts
  • Conflict searching and Matter Opening
  • File closing and archiving
Additionally, reprographics, courier and outgoing mail experience are also desirable skills. The team also cover reception on occasion so good customer facing skills are a must.


Applicants should be Microsoft Windows literate and have some experience of working within an administration function and have a good telephone manner.

Scanning and mail experience as well as experience using data sites to download and upload documents isdesirable.

This is a permenant role and the work is office based in Birmingham centre.
